Meeting Calvin James, the Time Capsule in the Library, Courtyard basketball games, the Upper Field, the Sandbox, “Fruit Breaks”, catered lunches, betting w/ Cliff Brown, Carpool, The Discovery Program, Enrichment classes, Olympic Day at Piedmont Park… and the Principle’s Office, pretty much describe my experience at the greatest elementary school on earth.
May The Children’s School continue to set standards of “FUNDAMENTAL QUALITY” in education, for another 40 years!
In an effort to increase our branding, we have ordered more stickers. Its important to note this our first time ever printing the name of our brand, before it has only been seen in the neck label and digital online. You can find these stickers with every purchase that you make ….ENJOY
We finally got some logo stickers. The three-inch, dye-cut, vinyl stickers were printed by a different company than the “CONSUMER” stickers, so their a little different in texture. As normal, I could not really resist the urge to snap a few photos)
If you want to slap a Sehota Logo sticker on something precious (laptop, instrument case, first-born child, etc.), then just send an e-mail to free@sehota.com, including your name, your mailing address and your e-mail address. In the “subject” field place “LOGO STICKER” in the subject, and well send you a few stickers, totally free of charge.
Sean Garrett aka “The Pen” is pretty much responsible for every pop stars career the biggest being Beyonce. Weather your a fan of beyonce or not; “Diva”, “Ring the Alarm”, “Get Me Bodied”, “Upgrade U” and “Check on It” were all written by “The Pen”.
I was out last night at Dave & Busters, and saw this graphic hanging on the wall, and snapped a picture. I played around with some in Photoshop PS in my iPhone, cause I hadn’t really used it before.
“Fundamental Quality” is what we’re about, but ATLiens, is who we are!
Last month, the good folks at Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, released a mixtape featuring remixed singles of Atlanta artist, such as Young Jeezy, Goodie Mob, Young Dro, Cee Lo, Lil Jon, Gucci Mane, Gorilla Zoe, B.o.B. and Shawty Lo.
The remixes were done by some of Electro/Hip-Hop’s best producers and artist, including Dam-Funk, Prefuse 73, Chris Devoe, Phaseone, Armani XXXChange, Danger Beach and more. I’ve already heard a few tracks, and its pretty dope. To check it out, click the album artwork image below.
Recently, we made the decision to re-design our size labels and neck tags, changing both layout and content. The size abbreviations have been splashed in color to resemble Georgia’s most celebrity fruit, the peach. The tags were even topped off with a tiny green leaf, for added effect. Check it out below, to preview the new size and care labels, you’ll find in your next Sehota t-shirt.
It’s gonna get cold tonight. Actually, the word “freezing” is a better description, since it’s supposed to be 26 degrees. This is unusual for Atlanta, so many of the homeless will be left in the cold (no pun intended), if they don’t make it into one of the emergency shelters. So, I called some folks and was able to round up a mound of jackets, hoodies, scarves, and blankets, which I’ll be distributing tonight and well into the morning.
It’s funny how on a night like tonight, a simple blanket suddenly becomes fundamental qaulity. For me, that’s very humbling.
I stopped by Willy’s (N. Decatur & Clairmont) for some lunch and saw this book at Eagle Eye Book Shop, next door. I actually plan on going back to grab a copy, so I can see who all’s in it.
I’m sure many of you already know by now, but just in case you don’t, Goodie Mob is slated to have a reunion performance on Sat., September 19, at Masquerade (695 North Ave). The funk is supposed to start flowing at 7pm, and you can find tickets at ticketmaster.com, which are $40.
